Brittany Osborne
-Director-

My name is Brittany Osborne. I have worked at Rainbow Rising for 8 years and was previously a Site Director before taking some time off to be with my children. Growing with Rainbow and working at different centers has been so fun!  I also have my Child and Adolescent Development degree from California University of Fullerton (Go Titans!). I am a mother of two beautiful young children. During my free time, I love to cook and be at the beach. My favorite thing to do is spend time with friends and family. As the Director, I hope to push for children's social and academic growth. Watching them thrive is the most rewarding part! I’m very excited to be back at Beacon Park as your Director!

Sandra Ceballos
-Assistant Director-

My name is Sandra Ceballos, and I am honored to be your Assistant Director at Beacon Park. I started Rainbow Rising in 2021 at Beacon Park. My initial position was as a Teacher, where I worked hard to make Beacon Park a fun place for students to learn, and express themselves. As a Master Teacher, I focused on building and strengthening relationships with students and families. While working at Rainbow Rising, I was also able to earn my B.A. in Education and complete the graduate program for my teaching credential from Vanguard University. Some of my favorite pastimes include going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. As the Assistant Director, my goal is to continue to provide our students with a welcoming and supportive environment where they can gain confidence in themselves and grow.
